From Shanghai by ocean freight to Ashdod Port
Pneumatic polishing pads are widely used in automotive paint surface treatment, metal surface polishing, and industrial precision processing. AMASS was entrusted by the client to handle the ocean export of pneumatic polishing pads from Shanghai to Ashdod Port.
PART 01 Layered Stacking for Stable Handling of Irregular Shapes
During the container loading process, considering the irregular shape and uneven center of gravity of the polishing pads, AMASS adopted a “layered stacking + multi-point support” securing method.
Combined with high-strength inflatable dunnage bags and customized wooden racks, a multi-dimensional buffering system was built inside the container. This ensured that the cargo remained in place even during rough sea conditions, physically eliminating the risk of shifting and collision during transportation.

PART 02 Strict Document Review for Efficient Customs Clearance
In response to Israel Customs’ regulatory requirements for imported industrial goods, AMASS conducted a thorough review of all accompanying documents in advance, ensuring that the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and other files were accurate and error-free.
Once the vessel arrived at Ashdod Port, the cargo completed customs clearance immediately, after which AMASS arranged a professional trucking team to deliver the shipment smoothly to the client’s designated warehouse.

PART 03 Global Coordination and Full-Process Linkage
In this project, AMASS demonstrated its strong global network coordination capabilities. While the cargo was being shipped, AMASS’s partner agent in Israel had already intervened in advance. Based on the client’s production schedule, they pre-communicated customs clearance documentation and the final delivery plan.
